STOP at AdHoc-Now 2020
Rui Claro presented Henrique Santos’s work, STOP: a location spoofing resistant vehicle inspection system, at the 19th International Conference on Ad Hoc Networks and Wireless (AdHoc-Now), hosted by Politecnico di Bari. Because of the pandemic situation, the conference was remote, via the Microsoft Teams platform.
The presentation received good feedback from the audience. Suggestions were offered for localization of vehicles inside a tunnel, such as the use of Dead Reckoning. Blockchain was suggested as an alternative to represent the location chain.
